I am testing out Experthub so I can let my clubs know how great it is! I am an AG in District 5340. Questions from one of my clubs:
1) Is there a limit to how long a leave of absence can be before membership is terminated? Confirming that when a member takes a Leave, they do not pay dues or monthly membership fee – correct? Is there any special protocol for them to come back to the club other than changing their status in Clubrunner?
2) Can guests participate in board meeting discussions? Confirming that Rotarians can attend and observe, but reserve comments for open discussion portion of the board meeting. Guests should not attend a board meeting. If sensitive matters are discussed with the executive board, Rotarian guests should be asked to step out of the room.
3) Can guests participate in regular meetings? Confirming Ok for anyone to participate and comment. The President can reserve the right to keep the meeting moving forward to remain time sensitive, which may limit the amount of discussion.
