Good morning,
I do not know whether my question rises to the level of Major Gifts, but I wanted to ask, before amending my Family Trust. We wanted, first to designate a portion of our estate to the Rotary Foundation, but also, should none of our heirs outlive us, to donate the balance of our trust to the Foundation, or Bequest Society.
How do I word that, i.e., what should I provide my trust attorney?
