With a robust background in strategy development, policy advising, and organizational governance, I bring significant expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. As the National Manager at the Multicultural Youth Advocacy Network (MYAN) Australia, I have led national initiatives that promote youth migrants and refugees’ rights. I serve as the President of the Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) and an Advisory Board member for Welcoming Cities, focusing on inclusive policies and environments.
My work at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission and various international NGOs, including the United Nations, has honed my skills in building respectful and safe environments for diverse communities. I have developed and presented training, created strategies and frameworks, and implemented guidelines for meaningful participation and collaboration.
