I have enjoyed being a Rotarian for nearly sixteen years, volunteering on a range of projects, including: • Collaborating in the major rollout of social media in Rotary WA from 2011-2014. • Leading the formation of the first WA e-club in 2016. • Being part of a team that successfully grew District 9465 from 2015-18. • Creating and operating the Membership Voice online seminar service to promote membership best practice in Rotary globally and build evidence-based club models for others to learn from. • Collaborating with Rotary leaders and clubs across Australia and NZ on successful and innovative club revitalisation programs. • Presenting and facilitating sessions at district conferences, development seminars and club events. • Helping to continuously improve the community engagement aspects of RYPEN and RYLA Kero O’Shea Rotary Community Leader 9423 – 5
