Global Grants District Grants Development/Training

Susan has provided grant training and development in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Australia, Thailand, Africa and in many Rotary districts in the U. S. Susan has served her club and district in many areas including, grants chair, vocational training team leader, exchange student host and parent, and member of a Polio Immunization team in India. Other Rotary involvement includes serving as Assistant Governor, Vice Governor, District Visioning Facilitator, Lone Star PETS trainer, and ARRFC for Zone 26. Susan was honored with the District 5730 Outstanding Rotarian of the Year 2011-2012 and Rotary International’s Service Above Self Award in 2020. Susan’s professional background includes the establishment and development of a multi-faceted, destination based, agricultural business and a specialized textile manufacturing plant. She completed post graduate work in accounting and learned to look at alternatives and compromise, and to think outside the box.
