A Rotarian for 25 years, LeAnn’s central purpose has been to proactively promote TRF programs, most specifically, participation in district and global grants. She has over 10 years’ experience training district leaders in all aspects of The Rotary Foundation. She believes in the power of collaboration and cooperation to support all clubs and districts with leveraging skills and experience to design, implement, and complete grant projects. From 2020 to 2024, she facilitated multiple disaster grants and global grant projects, totaling over $2.5M USD for Ukraine. With knowledge gained through authoring multiple global grants, she believes in using resources like the policy guidelines and statements to develop and write clean grant applications for expeditious approval and implementation.
