Pearl is currently serving as her district’s Public Image Director and on her club’s membership committee. She has assisted clubs in developing their Rotary messaging and marketing to increase membership, social media engagement, and fundraising. In her professional career, Pearl served as the director of marketing at a global international development organization and has held a dual role as a Foundation Executive Director and Vice President of Corporate Community Relations for an international energy company. Her duties included planning and overseeing all marketing and communications initiatives, authoring media materials, and social media strategy and implementation. Pearl has also worked at the Utah Commission on Service and Volunteerism teaching volunteer management classes to nonprofit organizations and she holds a certificate in volunteer management, as well as a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and master’s degree in professional communication with an emphasis in technical writing.
