Howard is a 20-year Rotarian and member of the Rotary Club of Gig Harbor Midday in Washington state. D5020 covers Vancouver Island, B.C. and northwest Washington. Howard has served as club president, AG, facilitator at Northwest PETS, and Chair of the District Rotary Foundation Committee 2019-22. He is currently Chair of the Global Grants sub-committee of the DRFC. A very generous supporter of TRF, Howard has given numerous presentations to clubs on the Rotary Foundation, PolioPlus, and Global Grants.
