A Rotarian for over 30 years, Michael is a member of the Rotary Club of Windsor, CA. He served as Governor of D5130 in 2012-13. He has served as Education and Training Chair for Rotary Zones 26 and 27; Education Chair for Far West PETS; member and Chair of RI’s Leadership and Development Committee; and Training Leader for the annual International Assembly, where the world’s 530 DGEs receive training to serve as District Governor. Professionally, Michael has been an educator. He has a Ph. D. in Educational Leadership, focusing on creating effective work teams.
