Ray Sanford is a member of the Rotary Club of San Juan Capistrano and served as District Governor of D5320 in 2016-17. Now retired, Ray was founder of a graphic production and website service company that specialized in creating online businesses for small and medium-sized companies. Ray has provided graphic production services for Rotary clubs and districts, including signs, logos, banners, awards, programs, flyers, and brochures. In addition, he has designed and maintained websites for clubs and districts.
