Brian is a founder and member of the Rotary Club for Global Action, an E-club in District 5150, San Francisco Bay area. He has broad Rotary experience as a Youth Exchange Student in Brazil; member of the Rotary Club of Hollywood; co-founder of the Rotary Club of San Francisco Castro, the first LGBTQ+ cultured club; founding member of RI’s DEI Task Force; and vice-chair of RI’s Joint Advisory DEI Council. Brian can assist clubs and districts implement a Diversity Assessment to raise awareness of the importance of diversity, build support for diversification, and make adjustments to achieve diversity. He can also advise on RI’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Code of Conduct as well as Rotary’s Framework for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
