Cecelia is a member of the Rotary eClub of Silicon Valley, California, in District 5170. After a professional career in finance, Cecelia retired in 2019. She has served in several positions on the District Rotary Foundation Committee involving District Grants, Global Grants, Stewardship and in other district committee roles. She leads a D5170 Global Grant Review Committee, which reviews every Global Grant application before submission to TRF. A member of the Cadre of Technical Advisors since 2008, Cecelia specializes in the areas of Economic Community Development, Basic Education and Literacy, and Financial Audits. Using her working fluency in both Spanish and Italian, Cecelia has conducted more than 15 desk and site reviews of Global Grant projects in her areas of specialty. In addition, by advising and evaluating over 100 Rotary projects around the world, Cecelia has the expertise and experience to assist clubs and districts in all phases of planning and implementing Global Grants.
