As a facilitator of learning, curriculum and staff developer, school district superintendent, and leadership academy coach/trainer, Eugene has witnessed the success that evolves through teamwork, personal commitment and tenacity of spirit.
As a Rotarian, he has served as club president, District Foundation Team Trainer, Global Grant writer (eco toilet project, Guatemala) and participant in a wide variety of community and international projects. Eugene has also served with the Basic Education and Literacy Cadre as global grant advisor, technical advisor and technical coordinator. Through these adventures, he has had opportunities to visit and advise Rotary projects throughout the world as they implemented computer technology, reading literacy and effective teaching practices.
