Christopher Nakea is a Rotary Public Image and Engagement Specialist. He has decades of experience in media, technology, and nonprofit innovation. Chris has helped Rotary clubs elevate their public image, expand their visibility, and strengthen member engagement. As the Public Image Committee Chair for District 5030 and Public Image Officer for Alzheimer/Dementia Rotary Action Group, he has led campaigns that position clubs as vital, modern community leaders.
Chris helped club with guidance on brand storytelling, messaging, and visual consistency and also assisted with press releases, building media partnerships, and creating club-branded public service announcements.
In the membership and engagement areas, he put together tools and strategies to attract values-aligned individuals, especially from cause-driven younger generations as well as campaigns and platforms that re-engage current members through meaningful service opportunities, recognition, and community visibility.
