Jayne Hulbert has been an active member of Rotary International for many years and is the Zone 27 Endowment/Major Gift Adviser for 2025-2028. Jayne was Governor of District 5150 in 2018 – 2019 and District Rotary Foundation Chair from 2019 – 2023. At the Zone level, she has been a facilitator for Education Week (2019-2021 and 2025) for Governors Elect Governors Nominee and was the Administration Chair 2020-2021. Jayne was the recipient of The Rotary Foundation’s Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World in 2024. Jayne is passionate about The Rotary Foundation’s grants and giving opportunities. Jayne especially enjoys creative fundraising which has resulted in significant increases in donations to The Rotary Foundation. Jayne and her husband, Gene Duffy, provided the precious two drops of polio vaccine to children in India and participated in Rotary literacy and clean water projects in Thailand and India. Jayne and her husband are members of the Arch Klumph and Legacy Societies.
