I bring broad, hands-on Rotary experience from serving three terms as club president and seven years as an Assistant Governor. Through those roles, I have worked closely with clubs of many sizes, cultures, and operating styles—some thriving, others facing challenges with membership, fundraising, leadership continuity, and long-term vitality. My expertise includes starting new clubs, strengthening Rotary branding, encouraging Foundation giving as a Triple Crown Award recipient, leading Club Visioning, and supporting leadership development, training, and facilitation. I can help clubs clarify their identity, align their goals with Rotary’s mission, improve member engagement, and build practical plans for sustainable growth. Much of my Rotary knowledge comes from being in the trenches: facilitating conversations, guiding presidents one-on-one, helping clubs solve real problems, and encouraging leaders to see what is possible when members are engaged, trained, and inspired to serve.
