I have 25 years experience in change management of individuals and teams in large corporations. Successfully guiding them through the transition process from where they are now, and into the new era. Expertise in investment proposals, financial strategy, analysis, forecasting and control, together with risk analysis, identification and mitigation skills. 5. DEI assessments and action plans to provide improved club functioning. 6. Use of social media to connect with club members and the community. 7. Encouragement of youth participation in RYLA programs through community engagement.
