Resolution Update:
Debbie and I have been in contact via email and Zoom since October 8, immediately after I received the ticket. Debbie and her Co-Lead, JB McKenna have:
* Discussed her membership growth needs and priorities
* Shared ideas, insights, and practical tools
* Demonstrated and reviewed the Member Impact Email Series for onboarding (club, district, and RI resources)
* Demonstrated and reviewed the “You Belong Here” social media lead generation
* Shown and discussed the Impact Marketplace and other district program examples
* Reviewed RI research shared by Angela Lopez
* Connected how district programs support and strengthen RI initiatives
* Shared vast resources from RI, Zone, Districts – i.e., Learning Center, Brand Center, video and image media assets, templates, and social media groups and channels that we can share and brand.
Debbie is reviewing the materials and identifying which elements to pilot with her committee/club. We will continue our collaboration, track progress, and share experiences.
