Hello Angela, I am not sure if you are the right person to contact, but know you can steer me in the right direction. The is a club that just inquired about getting permission for a Historic Society that is printing a cookbook, to use a photo of the city sign that has a Rotary Mark of Excellence on the stones the sign is built on. The historical society sent a release form and photos, I just need to know if this is something that can happen and if so, who should the form go to for signature.
