I’m trying to take the GNLS courses and am getting very frustrated. On many of the courses, it is not clear to me how to “finish up” the course so it shows as “Completed”. For example, I am working on the “Preventing and Addressing Harassment” course. When I get to the end, it says “Select the x to close the window and to continue.” When I click the “X” in the upper right of the screen, it takes me back to the Table of Contents and shows that the course is still “In Progress”. I’ve retaken the course several times, but still can’t get it to show that the course is “Completed”.

I was unable to resolve Jeff’s issue but he was able to get connected to learn@rotary.org to get it resolved.
