On MY ROTARY we have a member who needs login help. We are trying to change her password, which she cannot recall. In the password process, a window asks the security question … but her question is the instruction line, not a question. I’m guessing the system allowed her to click on the prompt and saved it … for which she has no answer.
I cannot find a way to change her security question. I’ve found a prompt on my account … but that is after I successfully log in. I need your help to help her. Her information is:
