Hello Joerg, In scrolling through the hub, you were the only one listed regarding starting new clubs. My question is about legal formation. I am looking in myrotary for this information regarding the 501c4 club formation info and what the RI rules are on how clubs form. I can’t find exactly what I am looking for. Do you know if this is Bylaws, Constitution…where would I find the Rotary rules? Many Thanks! Paulette AG District 5340 Area 13
