Hi Elizabeth,
My name is Scott Merrill and I am the Foundation Chair for the Rotary Club of Bullhead City. I believe I met you when you visited our club. I have a couple questions that I have been unable to get an answer for.
Our club has reached the Every Rotarian Every Year mark each of the last two years. Is there some sort of recognition for reaching that goal? Like a plaque or a certificate? Our members were very proud of hitting this mark and all I can give them is an attaboy. I’d really like to show them that the district and Rotary International also cares and appreciates their efforts.
Secondly, we have a member who joined the Paul Harris Fellowship about a year ago and her certificate has the wrong name on it. Can we get her a new certificate with the corrected name? Her name is Heidi Ford and it would mean a lot to her to have the certificate corrected.
I hope you can help with these questions. I have reached out to others, by email and in person but have gotten no answers.
