Angela, have you got any information regarding the problems clubs have faced when combining two established clubs into one?
My current club has a couple of past leaders who are concerned about the current club president’s lack of understanding of general and board meetings, which reflects on the participants in both. They expressed some concern about the direction of training to move away from the fundamentals of running a meeting, whether it be a board or a general meeting. They would like to know what others in this situation have done to overcome the problem, without alienating the current president.
