I’m the Youth Services Chair for Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis, District 5110. Can you please give us some guidance on a couple things?
1) transportation for Youth Exchange Students. Usually the exchange student will get a ride to our meetings from school by any member who is able to do it. No background check or prior approval. It’s been a casual “I can pick them up”.
2) We host a Winter Craft Fair every year. It’s our biggest community event. We have free pictures with Santa. Should the parents be signing waivers? The pictures are not shared and are deleted once the event is over.
