As a Regional Membership Officer, Angela is on the staff of RI. She lives in Arizona but is available to assist clubs and districts in both Zone 26 and 27 with membership questions. Dana joined the Rotary Club of Newbury Park, D5240 in 2002. She served as District Governor of D5240 in 2021-22. She has traveled extensively internationally to work on humanitarian projects and polio NIDs. Because of her interest in international projects, Dana has worked with devotion with the Intercountry Committees (ICC) program. With approval of RI and the DGs of participating Districts, an estimated 400 ICC relationships throughout the Rotary world have been formed. They help to expand intercultural understanding, build friendships across borders, and cultivate partnerships to strengthen communities through international service. Dana's accomplishments include creating the first ICC involving a U. S. District with Romania. Out of that relationship grew Global Grants to treat infants with heart problems; train Romanian doctors in heart surgery; development a 10,000-book wing of a library; and revitalization of Rotary in Romania.

Jim Halderman has taught Anger Management and Communication Skills for 26 years in a variety of settings, including prisons and court ordered. Jim is a cognitive behavioral change expert, as certified by the National Curriculum Training Association. Significantly, at the request of succeeding District Governors in D5450, Jim has served for twelve years as the District Ombudsman. As such, Jim facilitates communication among parties engaged in a dispute or who have competing interests in a Rotary project or relationship. Larry joined a satellite club in Phoenix in 2011 and took the lead in converting it to the Rotary Club of Camelback Crossroads in August, 2024. Larry served as District Governor in D5495, northern Arizona, in 2022-23. After retiring from a career in law enforcement and commercial real estate, Larry was certified as an IEP Positive Peace Activator. Rotary International partnered with the Institute for Economics & Peace to provide extensive training for selected Rotarians at RI headquarters in Evanston. As a Positive Peace Activator, Larry explains the difference between negative peace (absence of war and armed conflict) and positive peace (attitudes, institutions, and structures that create and sustain peaceful societies. ) In addition, Larry discusses the eight Pillars of Positive Peace (for example, equitable distribution of resources, free flow of information, low corruption, good government, etc. )As a Peace Activator, Larry can help clubs promote positive peace through workshops, virtual or in-person training, or presentations at club meetings, in addition to discussing public promotion and advocacy of peace, (for example, establishing Peace Poles in communities or conducting peace symposia,) Larry also helps Rotarians develop a personal, individual positive peace ethic to use in everyday life.

Leo Lawrenson has been in Rotary for over 25 years. A 30 year Rotarian, Steve has served both his D5190 and the Rotary Foundation in many capacities. Wade has served in several capacities on the Cadre of Technical Advisors for Rotary Foundation grants, including three years as Technical Coordinator for WASH (Water and Sanitation, Hygiene); three years as the Regional Organizer for North America; and five years on the TRF Long Term Planning (Future Vision) Committee for Cadres. He currently is in a three-year term as Advisor for the seven Cadre Regional Organizers. Using his Spanish language ability, Wade has advised or evaluated over 200 Rotary projects around the world. He can assist clubs and districts in all phases of successfully planning and implementing Global Grants. In addition, he can offer guidance on how to use the Cadre most effectively.
