As a Regional Membership Officer, Angela is on the staff of RI. She lives in Arizona but is available to assist clubs and districts in both Zone 26 and 27 with membership questions. Angela was a Rotary Youth Exchange student to Denmark and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Colombia. She is a member and Past-President of the Rotary Club of Phoenix 100, so she has many years of practical club and district leadership experience. Angela has an MA degree in Non-Profit Leadership and Management. Angela can assist clubs and districts with starting new clubs, handling membership leads, and retaining members. She can help with finding and understanding various membership related reports on the RI website and database. In addition, Angela can help Rotarians navigate and use My Rotary, the non-public pages for Rotarians on the RI website.

Christopher Nakea is a Rotary Public Image and Engagement Specialist. He has decades of experience in media, technology, and nonprofit innovation. Chris has helped Rotary clubs elevate their public image, expand their visibility, and strengthen member engagement. As the Public Image Committee Chair for District 5030 and Public Image Officer for Alzheimer/Dementia Rotary Action Group, he has led campaigns that position clubs as vital, modern community leaders. Chris helped club with guidance on brand storytelling, messaging, and visual consistency and also assisted with press releases, building media partnerships, and creating club-branded public service announcements. In the membership and engagement areas, he put together tools and strategies to attract values-aligned individuals, especially from cause-driven younger generations as well as campaigns and platforms that re-engage current members through meaningful service opportunities, recognition, and community visibility.

Corey is the current Rotary Coordinator for Zone 27. As a member of the Zone 26/27 New Club Task Force, Corey helped create a New Club Training Video in 2020 and has assisted many Districts in starting new clubs and satellite clubs. Corey has created and presented a series of Membership Training sessions both online and in person and created a training for starting Satellite Clubs. Corey created the Expanding Our Reach video & podcast series highlighting the new clubs of Zones 26. Corey has served as a District Membership Chair, helping to start five new Rotary clubs in his District. Professionally, Corey has worked in Media and Marketing for over 20 years and is the owner of Pardiman Productions, a media production company in Olympia, Washington

Elizabeth will proudly serve as the Zone 26 Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator July 2025 – June 2028. She previously led the AG Resources and Network Group and served as the Zone 26 Empowering Girls Ambassador, helping elevate club impact and leadership across the zone. A Past District Governor of District 5495 (2020–2021), Elizabeth has held numerous roles including Club President, District Chief of Staff, District Rotary Foundation Chair, Leadership Development and Education Chair, and a member of the Youth Exchange Committee. A devoted "host mom" to many exchange students, her own son also participated in RYE, traveling to Italy and RYLA. Elizabeth helped launch District 5495’s first statewide Rotaract District Council and led two Interact teams to Kenya with Crutches 4 Africa. She is passionate about The Rotary Foundation and enjoys helping clubs design and implement high-impact projects. She’s always excited to support you and your Rotary journey!

Joerg Rose is a Rotarian from the Marina del Rey Rotary Club (D5280) and serves as the club’s Public Image Director and Webmaster. A former District Webmaster, he led the complete redesign of the D5280 website and supported several clubs-including Playa Venice Sunrise and Inglewood-with ClubRunner setup, branding, and public image. Professionally, Joerg is a Business Development Executive and Innovation Consultant with 15+ years of experience launching products, building partnerships, and driving go-to-market strategies for high-growth organizations. He combines his expertise in digital marketing, branding, and cross-cultural communication (native German, fluent English) to help Rotary clubs boost visibility, grow membership, and tell compelling stories across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Joerg is passionate about helping clubs strengthen their online presence, start new clubs, and align with Rotary’s brand identity.

After a successful career in law enforcement, John joined Rotary in 2001. He served as District Governor of D5300 in 2018-19. John championed the first Satellite Club in D5300 and, during his tenure as DG, chartered two new Rotary clubs and one new Rotaract club. Based on his demonstrated success in growing Rotary, John was asked to serve as Chair of the Big West New Club Development Task Force in 2021-22. Currently, he is the Zone 26 Rotary Coordinator, a prominent position of leadership from which he serves as an experienced and accessible resource to districts and clubs on all aspects of membership recruitment and retention.

Kerrie Luginbill is Chief Growth Officer and Partner at OTM, a Marketing and Sales Consulting firm that helps businesses establish the strategies, processes, and plans they need to build a scalable growth engine. Her expertise is in marketing strategy and execution, customer experience, storytelling, advertising, and public relations.

Sandi is a member of the Rotary Club of St. George Sunrise, Utah, District 5420. She is past president of the Rotary Club of Bakersfield East, California, and served as District Governor of District 5240 in 2018-19. Sandi has been an RN for 53 years in adult medicine, including great experience in home health and hospice care as well as dialysis. A four-year member of the Cadre of Technical Advisors serving the area of Disease Prevention and Treatment, Sandi has advised on grants for hemo and peritoneal dialysis in acute and chronic settings in Asia and Africa. Sandi and her husband Richard are Major Donors, Level One, and members of the Paul Harris Society. She has served as Chair of the Operations Committee and GElS and GNlS administrtor at Zone 26, 27 Institutes.

Sandra has done extensive studies on the best practices for managing RI Member Leads using proven methods to develop an effective leads management system. She has assisted many Rotary clubs in developing working action plans that were instrumental in growing and strengthening those clubs. Sandra began her focus on membership when she served as Assistant Governor in 2014. She served as District Membership Chair in 2016-2019and her district experienced membership growth. Many clubs Sandra has assisted have been able to attract and retain diverse members who have later become leaders in their clubs and district. Sandra is enthusiastic about working with District Membership Chairs and membership teams to develop working action plans for membership growth

Steve is a certified club visioning trainer. He is available upon request to work with your district’s Visioning Chair. If your district does not have one, he will work with your Governor line to provide information about the Club Visioning program. Steve has served three times as a District Council on Legislation(COL) representative and has expertise in proposing legislation and answering questions about COL. Steve served for three years as the Zone 27 Rotary Coordinator (2018-2021) and possesses extensive expertise on membership retention issues.
