As a Regional Membership Officer, Angela is on the staff of RI. She lives in Arizona but is available to assist clubs and districts in both Zone 26 and 27 with membership questions. Angela was a Rotary Youth Exchange student to Denmark and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Colombia. She is a member and Past-President of the Rotary Club of Phoenix 100, so she has many years of practical club and district leadership experience. Angela has an MA degree in Non-Profit Leadership and Management. Angela can assist clubs and districts with starting new clubs, handling membership leads, and retaining members. She can help with finding and understanding various membership related reports on the RI website and database. In addition, Angela can help Rotarians navigate and use My Rotary, the non-public pages for Rotarians on the RI website.

Christopher Nakea is a Rotary Public Image and Engagement Specialist. He has decades of experience in media, technology, and nonprofit innovation. Chris has helped Rotary clubs elevate their public image, expand their visibility, and strengthen member engagement. Corey is the current Rotary Coordinator for Zone 27. As a member of the Zone 26/27 New Club Task Force, Corey helped create a New Club Training Video in 2020 and has assisted many Districts in starting new clubs and satellite clubs. Corey has created and presented a series of Membership Training sessions both online and in person and created a training for starting Satellite Clubs. Elizabeth will proudly serve as the Zone 26 Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator July 2025 – June 2028. She previously led the AG Resources and Network Group and served as the Zone 26 Empowering Girls Ambassador, helping elevate club impact and leadership across the zone. A Past District Governor of District 5495 (2020–2021), Elizabeth has held numerous roles including Club President, District Chief of Staff, District Rotary Foundation Chair, Leadership Development and Education Chair, and a member of the Youth Exchange Committee. After a successful career in law enforcement, John joined Rotary in 2001. He served as District Governor of D5300 in 2018-19. John championed the first Satellite Club in D5300 and, during his tenure as DG, chartered two new Rotary clubs and one new Rotaract club. Based on his demonstrated success in growing Rotary, John was asked to serve as Chair of the Big West New Club Development Task Force in 2021-22. Currently, he is the Zone 26 Rotary Coordinator, a prominent position of leadership from which he serves as an experienced and accessible resource to districts and clubs on all aspects of membership recruitment and retention.

Sandi is a member of the Rotary Club of St. George Sunrise, Utah, District 5420. She is past president of the Rotary Club of Bakersfield East, California, and served as District Governor of District 5240 in 2018-19. Sandra has done extensive studies on the best practices for managing RI Member Leads using proven methods to develop an effective leads management system. She has assisted many Rotary clubs in developing working action plans that were instrumental in growing and strengthening those clubs. Sandra began her focus on membership when she served as Assistant Governor in 2014. She served as District Membership Chair in 2016-2019and her district experienced membership growth. Many clubs Sandra has assisted have been able to attract and retain diverse members who have later become leaders in their clubs and district. Steve has served three times as a District Council on Legislation(COL) representative and has expertise in proposing legislation and answering questions about COL. Steve served for three years as the Zone 27 Rotary Coordinator (2018-2021) and possesses extensive expertise on membership retention issues.
