What information did you provide to the enquirer?

I met with Mary twice. I also provided her with a document that outlines vibrant clubs, club health check and the membership resource guide.

I did not. One thing. I clicked the button to resolve the ticket – I was thinking that would create a pop-up where I could put some additional notes; however, it simply closed it and sent this. I will go back in to create an internal note.
