David: I want to know the requirements for a club to be certified to work with youth or vulnerable adults. I was under the impression that the club president, YPO, and Youth Services Chair all had to be fully vetted and acknowledge that they have read the district Youth Protection Policy, and have a club YPA presentation each year. I have been asked to provide that in writing.
I would appreciate any help you can provide.
