H. N. (Andy) Anderson III is a member of the Rotary Club of Kruse Way in D5100, northern Oregon. He is currently the D5100 Treasurer. Andy is a CPA and has held senior level financial positions such as VP Finance, Controller, Treasurer, and CFO. He can help clubs and districts prepare budgets and create financial statements and reports that are understandable and meaningful.

Ann has great experience in Dacdb, TRF Grants, and TRF data research. Ann is the charter president of Monterey Pacific Rotary which she helped establish in 2005. Over the last 17 years she has served many different positions within the district, such as district conference chair, district grants chair, district secretary, assistant governor and Lt. Governor. For the last 11 years she has served as Chief of Staff for District 5230. Her Rotary experience has allowed her to develop knowledge and expertise in the use of DACdb and in generating The Rotary Foundation data reports and grant development. She has been honored twice by her club as Rotarian of the year in 2008 and 2013 as well as the District Rotarian of the Year in 2010. Ann has served as the Registrar for the Rotary Zone 26/27 Institutes from2017 to 2021 and Far West PETS since 2018, both using DACdb. In 2014 Ann was presented with The Rotary Foundations Citation for Meritorious Service for her work as District Grants chair. In April 2022 Ann was awarded Rotary International’s highest honor for an individual Rotarian, the Service Above Self award.

Dan Goodrich is a long-time and highly respected member of the Rotary Club of Hemet in District 5330, Southern California. With decades of service and leadership, Dan has become a pillar of support and innovation within his club, district, and the broader Rotary community. Dan served as District Governor for Rotary District 5330 during the 2021–2022 Rotary year and previously as District Rotary Foundation Chair from 2014 to 2017, where he championed impactful giving and stewardship throughout the region. Currently, he continues his dedication to Rotary as the District Administrator for District 5330, helping ensure continuity, efficiency, and excellence across operations. A recognized expert in Dacdb (District and Club Database), Dan has trained and supported countless Rotarians in leveraging the platform for club and district success. Don has been a Rotarian for 20+ years and served as District Governor for District 5500. He has worked with business and government leaders, professionals, and volunteers as a global speaker and consultant in the areas of change leadership, conflict resolution, behavioral health, and team development. Don is known for his humor and engaging style, and has been interviewed by media in the US, Europe, and Asia. Don has guided clubs and districts in developing measurable, impactful action plans. He has helped clubs and governor lines create high-performance teams, led district communication and crisis response teams, and mental health action groups. Don has served as a facilitator at SWPETS and presenter at district conferences. He has helped leaders in service organizations and NPOs to strengthen their facilitation and presentation skills.

Elizabeth will proudly serve as the Zone 26 Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator July 2025 – June 2028. She previously led the AG Resources and Network Group and served as the Zone 26 Empowering Girls Ambassador, helping elevate club impact and leadership across the zone. A Past District Governor of District 5495 (2020–2021), Elizabeth has held numerous roles including Club President, District Chief of Staff, District Rotary Foundation Chair, Leadership Development and Education Chair, and a member of the Youth Exchange Committee. A devoted "host mom" to many exchange students, her own son also participated in RYE, traveling to Italy and RYLA. Elizabeth helped launch District 5495’s first statewide Rotaract District Council and led two Interact teams to Kenya with Crutches 4 Africa. She is passionate about The Rotary Foundation and enjoys helping clubs design and implement high-impact projects. She’s always excited to support you and your Rotary journey!

Eric is a member of the Rotary Club of Clovis, New Mexico in District 5520. He is currently the District Public Image Chair and is owner of Zip Print & Design, Inc. in Clovis. Eric has a B. S. degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. With over 10 years’ experience in graphic design, Eric can assist clubs and districts design websites, either free-standing websites or using the ClubRunner platform. He can also assist with other digital branding, public image, and graphic design campaigns, including creating Facebook pages.

A Rotarian since 2005, Garry currently is a member of the Rotary Club of Eagle-Garden City in Eagle, Idaho, District 5400. Garry is a retired software developer. He can serve clubs and districts by developing, custom designing, and hosting websites using WordPress, a website framework and content management system. In addition, he can integrate your current website requirements with Google Workspace, DACdb, and ClubRunner. He can also assist in troubleshooting and repairing broken WordPress websites. Joerg Rose is a Rotarian from the Marina del Rey Rotary Club (D5280) and serves as the club’s Public Image Director and Webmaster. A former District Webmaster, he led the complete redesign of the D5280 website and supported several clubs-including Playa Venice Sunrise and Inglewood-with ClubRunner setup, branding, and public image. Professionally, Joerg is a Business Development Executive and Innovation Consultant with 15+ years of experience launching products, building partnerships, and driving go-to-market strategies for high-growth organizations. He combines his expertise in digital marketing, branding, and cross-cultural communication (native German, fluent English) to help Rotary clubs boost visibility, grow membership, and tell compelling stories across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Joerg is passionate about helping clubs strengthen their online presence, start new clubs, and align with Rotary’s brand identity.

Leo Lawrenson has been in Rotary for over 25 years. He has held every club officer position, President in three different clubs, one an E-Club, and several District Officer positions in two districts including Interact Chair, Youth Services Director, Tech Team Chair, Conference Chair, and will be District Governor for 2027-28. Leo holds a BS and MS degrees in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence, and has worked for 46 years in computer and related fields. Leo provides expert technical assistance for MyRotary, DACdb and ClubRunner. A retired USAF Colonel, Leo has taught many leadership and planning courses at Air University and in Rotary. A trained and experienced Facilitator with the Center for Community Mediation and Facilitation, he can also help facilitate difficult situations in organizations. With several years experience doing both legal and financial work on Wall Street, he also can advise on budgeting and other financial matters.

Naomi posseses a great deal of experience within Rotary at the District level. She has seved as District Governor, District Finance Chair and District Learning Facilitator. Naomi has a good understanding on what the Districts need to be incluing operationally sound, thoroughly engaged and successful. As District Treasurer, District Secretary, District Awards Chair and serving on the District Grants, Stewardship and International Service committees,she also has been connected with clubs. Naomi has a solid base of knowledge helping Clubs wtih their operations. Finally, as a facilitator and trainer, she has served on the Zone faculty training future district leaders as well as on the Southwest PETS Education Team helping incoming club presidents be successful.

Randy assists clubs by utilizing computers to help members represent their clubs and/or projects in a professional and effective manner. He has served as a District webmaster and has expertise utilizing the Club Runner software platform. Randy’s love of photography starting at an early age and turned in to a lifelong career in the Packaging/Printing industry. He graduated with Honors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Packaging and Graphic Arts. Randy has worked for over 35 years in Sales, Sales Management, and General Management for International Paper Company during which he worked closely with graphic artists, packaging engineers, and customers to ensure the customer’s image was portrayed properly. Randy has served as District webmaster and has experience with the ClubRunner software platform.

Rodney has created social media marketing strategies for several Rotary clubs, leveraging social media marketing to increase fundraising. He has established YouTube channels and is proficient with Adobe Premier. Rodney is a Certified Ethical Hacker and holds 15 other IT/Cybersecurity Industry Standard certifications. He is a cybersecurity consultant for the Colorado Small Business Development Center network and he is currently the President/CEO of the Colorado Springs Black Chamber of Commerce. Rodney has achieved many professional and Rotary honors, including 2022 District 5470 Rotarian of the Year for 2022. He is a graduate of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute Class of 2019and was a 2019 Colorado Springs Mayor’s Civic Leaders Fellow.

Sandi is a member of the Rotary Club of St. George Sunrise, Utah, District 5420. She is past president of the Rotary Club of Bakersfield East, California, and served as District Governor of District 5240 in 2018-19. Sandi has been an RN for 53 years in adult medicine, including great experience in home health and hospice care as well as dialysis. A four-year member of the Cadre of Technical Advisors serving the area of Disease Prevention and Treatment, Sandi has advised on grants for hemo and peritoneal dialysis in acute and chronic settings in Asia and Africa. Sandi and her husband Richard are Major Donors, Level One, and members of the Paul Harris Society. She has served as Chair of the Operations Committee and GElS and GNlS administrtor at Zone 26, 27 Institutes.

Steve is a certified club visioning trainer. He is available upon request to work with your district’s Visioning Chair. If your district does not have one, he will work with your Governor line to provide information about the Club Visioning program. Steve has served three times as a District Council on Legislation(COL) representative and has expertise in proposing legislation and answering questions about COL. Steve served for three years as the Zone 27 Rotary Coordinator (2018-2021) and possesses extensive expertise on membership retention issues.

Wade is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Carpinteria Morning in District 5240, in the Santa Barbara, California area. He served as District Governor in 2011-12 and Chair of the District Rotary Foundation Committee in 2015-19. Wade has served in several capacities on the Cadre of Technical Advisors for Rotary Foundation grants, including three years as Technical Coordinator for WASH (Water and Sanitation, Hygiene); three years as the Regional Organizer for North America; and five years on the TRF Long Term Planning (Future Vision) Committee for Cadres. He currently is in a three-year term as Advisor for the seven Cadre Regional Organizers. Using his Spanish language ability, Wade has advised or evaluated over 200 Rotary projects around the world.
