Jim Halderman has taught Anger Management and Communication Skills for 26 years in a variety of settings, including prisons and court ordered. Jim is a cognitive behavioral change expert, as certified by the National Curriculum Training Association. Significantly, at the request of succeeding District Governors in D5450, Jim has served for twelve years as the District Ombudsman. As such, Jim facilitates communication among parties engaged in a dispute or who have competing interests in a Rotary project or relationship. A major tool has been to council club presidents on how to deal with challenging members, conflicts with foundation boards, or to lend an ear to leadership uncertainties.

Kumaraswarmy has been a Rotarian for over 20 years, serving as Club President and International Service Chair of the West Sacramento Rotary Club. He is a Cadre member for WASH and actively volunteer with WASH-RAG as an Ambassador and Operations Team Lead for Professional Services. With more than 25 years of experience in Hydraulics, Hydrology, and Water Resources Engineering, Kumaraswarmy has served globally as a researcher, educator, and engineer. His projects include designing, constructing, and restoring water treatment and irrigation systems, as well as collecting data to support the creation of wetlands. Further, he has served as the Primary Contact for international projects in Asia and Central America is multilingual and internationally educated.

Marilyn, in her role within District 5330 as District Trainer and a key member of the DEI Task force, developed considerable expertise in identifying club members objections to expanding membership through inclusion of all peoples. She developed workshops designed to open discussions, establish common ground, identify differences and resolve conflicts. Marilyn has also made numerous club presentations on DEI in order to further member education on the subject and help Rotarians identify unconscious biases. As Vocational Service Chair, she has organized monthly Zoom meetings for club vocational service chairs to share ideas and identify obstacles.

Founded Peacebuilder Clubs in D5100 in 2011 (adopted in 2018 by RAGFP), participated in growing PB Clubs program in D5100 to 37 clubs D5100 Peace Fellow Subcommittee Chair, Became a certified IEP Positive Peace Activator in August 2024. Spearheaded installation of over 50 Peace Poles in Newberg in 2017 -now grown to over 80. Have been making presentations to Rotary Clubs, Rotary conferences and training seminars throughout the West Coast regarding Rotary's history of Peace and sharing recommended Peace program and project participation to Rotarians. Serve on the BOD of Partnering For Peace, a joint rotary-US Peace Corps collaboration to enhance Rotary projects (primarily) overseas. Serve on the steering committee of "ENDING WAR 101", an online and in-person education tool to educate about the advantages of non-violent conflict resolution.

Currently a member of the Rotary E-Club of World Peace in D5330, Rudy is past president of the Rotary Club of Lake Arrowhead Mountain Sunrise and served as District Governor of D5330 in 2015-16. Rudy has great experience as a Rotary trainer. He has been an RLI facilitator, PETS facilitator, District Trainer, and leader of a VTT to Haiti in 2015. He has organized and convened several significant events to promote world peace, including the 2016 Rotary World Peace Conference in Ontario, California; Program Chair for the Presidential Peace Conference before the 2017 RI Convention in Atlanta; and convener of the 2020 Rotary Peace Conference, also in Ontario, California. Rudy and his Rotarian wife Karyn are Major Donors to the Rotary Foundation and members of the D5330 PolioPlus Society. Rudy is a recipient of the Service Above Self Award. He will serve as Chair of the D5330 District Rotary Foundation Committee in 2026-29.

Suzanne Bragdon has been a Rotarian for nearly 25 years, serving as District Governor, Assistant Governor, Membership Ambassador, and Rotary Positive Peace Activator for North America and the Caribbean. Wade is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Carpinteria Morning in District 5240, in the Santa Barbara, California area. He served as District Governor in 2011-12 and Chair of the District Rotary Foundation Committee in 2015-19. Wade has served in several capacities on the Cadre of Technical Advisors for Rotary Foundation grants, including three years as Technical Coordinator for WASH (Water and Sanitation, Hygiene); three years as the Regional Organizer for North America; and five years on the TRF Long Term Planning (Future Vision) Committee for Cadres.
